For example : Rumba walks
第一个重要的姿势是当你站在地板上时
The first one, it gets be very important , if you place your foot on the floor
要站在分割的位置
It is be stand on split position
先把这个分割位置称为位置A
So we call this slip position , position A
第二个重要的姿势是
The second position get be
当我们要向前移动身体时
When we get transfer push our body more forward
必须要站在脚的中央位置
We can stand on the center of foot
这是位置B
It’s position B , I think, right , B position
下一个重要的姿势是
Next one
在跨出下一步向前进时
Before we can create and next step forward
必须把重量移转到脚掌上
We have to transfer our body to ball of foot
在松开平衡之前多放一点内沿
We should be more on the edge before we loose our balance
就是位置C
So position C
当然 在移动身体重量的同时有千百种身体重量位置会出现
Of cause there have millions of body weight positions when we transfer the body weight
但最重要的是

那会怎么样呢

但如果我们要把重心从左脚换到右脚

在第2拍时把左脚的重心放在右脚上
And we can make step on the right leg forward and the right on the foot too
那就会放得太多了
And now already over my foot
如果要在&的时候移动脊椎继续向前的话
Even if we continue movement and continue move my spine forward
那么我就会太早失去平衡
And I will be too early lose my balance
并且无法控制下一步的重心而失去平衡
